Is there a membership fee?

One of the best things about The Fitness Studio is that you will never pay a membership fee, and there is nothing to join. We are a Personal Training Studio, designed to help you achieve your goals in the best ways possible.

How much does it cost to join?

The cost is $65 for a single person per session, or $90 for a duet per session. Have a larger group? Contact us for pricing. There will NEVER be hidden fees. Just pay for what you use!

What are your hours?

We are here for you! Our studio is open when we are training clients. Whether it is 5AM or 9PM, we are here when you need us. Because we are a private facility we are here when our clients are here.

How many times per week should I train?

The keys to improving fitness are frequency, intensity, and time. To enhance and build your strength and wellness, we recommend you work with your personal trainer 2-3 times per week.

Should I expect immediate results?

We get this question a lot. Everyone always wants to know when they will get results. We promise you will feel amazing as soon as the first session is over. However seeing physical results may take a few weeks. We are in the business of caring for more than just the way you look. We hope your sessions will improve your overall health and well-being.

Can I get a group discount?

We do offer discounts for groups! Contact us today to see what sort of pricing is available.

What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?

We are open and here for our clients. We value your time and only ask you return the favor. Therefore, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation. Just contact your personal trainer to reschedule.

What should I wear?

We recommend that you wear clothes that offer breathability, support, and flexibility. If you have specific questions about apparel or equipment, just give us a call.
